The castor plant – also known as African Coffee Tree and Mexico Weed – has several sides. On one hand, the plant contains highly poisonous ricin - the stuff in spy movies. On the other hand, castor beans are also half oil that has natural antibacterial and antifungal properties - high in Vitamin E and Omega 6.
